The idea is simple, you just take on a exercise challenge that you want to achieve, register with us on the Sign Up Page, set up an Online Fundraising Page (if you want to raise money for a charity) and then start your challenge, simple!

Our aim is to get as many people as possible involved with The 365 Challenge so we can inspire more people to get up, get out and get some exercise as well as raise money for charities if they want to.
